Welcome to TrainMentrix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Executive Learning System and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Executive Learning System Services
2.1 Description: Our Executive Learning System ("Services") includes live sessions, coaching, workshops, and related support designed for professional development.
2.2 Scheduling and Transfer: You may reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start. All requests to transfer a session are subject to availability.
2.3 Cancellations and No-Show: If you cancel less than 24 hours before a session or fail to attend, no rescheduling or payment credit will be available.
3. Information Products
3.1 Description: Information products ("Info Products") include e-books, recorded webinars, and online courses delivered electronically or via digital download.
3.2 Delivery and Digital Access: Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access. Please ensure you have compatible devices and software.
3.3 Returns and Cancellation: Due to the digital nature of Info Products, returns are not available once access is granted. If you experience technical issues with delivery, please contact our support.
4. Goods
4.1 Description: Goods include any physical materials or merchandise offered by TrainMentrix.
4.2 Shipping and Delivery: We ship goods to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary.
4.3 Returns: Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a return credit to your method of payment.
5. Fees, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
5.1 Services: For Service cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, we will issue a credit applicable to future sessions. No credits or returns for cancellations within 72 hours of a session.
5.2 Info Products: All sales are final once access is granted. No credits or returns are available, except in the case of technical delivery errors.
5.3 Goods: As set out under "Goods," returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items. We will process a return credit to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt.
